The suburb of Kosmosdal is part of the greater Centurion municipality, south of Pretoria. Features of the suburb are its prime location, stable property values, its strong rental market and its proximity to major roads.

The mixed property use means a larger market will find property to buy, rent or for investment purposes. The market is made up of security estates with freehold homes, sectional-title simplex and duplex units with a large variety of pricing starting from the mid R600 mark to above R750 000.00

The more exclusive freehold homes are in line with properties in the region on the upper income scale. The architecture is mostly modern a few older homes which cater for the middle class with pricing in the region of the R1. 25 mil and up mark.

There are new developments being undertaken at regular intervals which are a good indication of the degree of demand the suburb commands. The number of lifestyle estates within the suburb is a further indication of demand of property in the suburb.

Of course the proximity of the Gautrain station means travel to the Pretoria CBD or Midrand and Sandton is a huge cost saving on the congested highways ever increasing fuel prices, not to mention the saving of time of this mode of transport.

This well-established suburb has a number of schools nearby catering for education such as Cresta College, Curro Thatchfield, Laerskool Uitsig, Laerskool Wierdapark and Sutherland High School.

Malls near to the suburb are Blue Valley Mall, Centurion Mall, Eldoraigne Village Shopping Centre and Raslouw Lifestyle Centre.

If the need to travel arises then there are a number of major roads to make use of to travel conveniently to your destination such as Rietspruit Road, Rooihuiskraal Road and the N14 Highway to Sandton or Pretoria.
