Townsview is a suburb located South of Johannesburg which can be described as a middle-class suburb with older restored homes, sectional-title apartments and townhouses.

The suburb is in a prime location with tree-lined streets creating the idyllic setting to raise a family or starting one. This would then mean that the whole market is catered for from singles to young married couples and retired persons.

Apartments are in the price range from the mid R400’s to above the R500 mark.

With Turfontein as a neighbor there is a sense of nostalgia about the suburb which dates back to the era when mining was the founding industry sustaining larger Johannesburg communities. This also means investors that prefer to purchase older properties and restore them will find enough of them in this suburb.
