Centurion West is an expanding region of Centurion which is increasing in demand. The need for residential property in this region is driven by factors such as the increasing fuel prices and congested freeways. Naturally people do not want to spend hours reaching the office or any destination.

Monavoni addresses most of the problems and needs and more. Parts of Monavoni are allocated to high density residential developments, others to freestanding homes and the remainder to exclusive security and lifestyle estates.

From the mixture of property usage it is clear that the suburb is fast becoming a prestigious suburb that will offer stable growth and long term enjoyment for families young and old.

Currently the architecture is young and hip with all the features present like the Tuscan and Balinese designs and some off the wall contemporary designs for the more well-heeled owners. All this spells one thing for the individual homes, state-of-the art fittings and fixtures which come at a hefty price tag. But then this is an emerging suburb and these expenses are the norm to which older suburbs have to play catch up to.

Already part of Monavoni are; Stone Ridge Country Estate and Heuwelsig Estate setting a standard for homes to follow.

Being an emerging suburb does not mean the infrastructure is lacking like easy access to malls and schools. Some newer malls have been constructed but schools are well established and reputable.

The names of schools nearby are Centurion Christian School, Curro Thatchfield, Laerskool Uitsig and Wierda Park Primary School.

Monavoni is of course close to industrial and commercial hubs located in Midrand, Centurion and Olifantsfontein. The N14 is of course an easy access road connecting to Lanseria, Fourways and even Bryanston where there is also a major commercial hub.

Malls catering for the retail needs of Monavoni residents are Forest Hill City, Celtis Ridge and Mall@Reds.
