The north western region of Sandton is still very much in the developing stage with loads of vacant land being developed by sectional title developers and private investors.

Being suburbs of Sandton means there is an almost instant status of exclusivity ascribed to these suburbs like Magaliessig.

More well-established, Magaliessig attracts the middle-class and part of the exclusive income groups in the market. The property usage consists of freehold homes, apartments, cluster homes and townhouses.

This means a large market can enter this exclusive region at almost any point of specific income and be assured of stable growth in property values stemming from demand and god service delivery coupled with the prime location.

As with most new suburbs the demand stems from the dire need for residential property and almost sets a new standard with every new extension and this also means commercial hubs can move with the expanding suburbs with the major commercial hubs being the core of the sustainability to most suburbs in this region of Johannesburg.

The architecture will then of course be much more modern and will appeal more to the younger generation and young single executives and small families. This does not exclude larger families seeking that same status of exclusivity.

The rental market is driven by the prime location and proximity to commercial hubs and access to major roads connecting to the various hubs in Sandton, Bryanston, Rivonia, Buccleuch, Marlboro and as far, or near, as Midrand.

For the established families with school attending children there are number of options to consider as viable educational institutions such as Fourways High School, Cairncross College and British International College.

The younger generation will find they have more than enough to keep themselves occupied with for entertainment and shopping at malls and venues like Monte Casino, the various hotspots in Sandton and Rosebank, Fourways Mall and Fourways Crossing.
