As a whole Centurion is an expanding real estate melting pot. Just the sheer number of lifestyle and security estates around this expanding suburb is an indication to the viability of the region for property development.
The influence that these estates have on Louwlardia touches every aspect of the suburb, the architecture, the property usage which is a perfect balance between freestanding homes, apartment complexes and sectional title complexes.
A broader base of consumers is attracted from single persons, fist-time buyers, investors in the rental market and established families of a varied size.
The property values are also to a large extent driven by the new fresh modern architecture and then the direct influence of property values in the various estates surrounding Louwlardia. The fact that the suburb is still under development will also see property values increase. Property values are currently highly competitive which puts Louwlardia squarely in the upper end of the middle-class bracket and then of course some of the freestanding homes in the prestigious exclusive end of the market.
At some stage the suburb may have been considered as a remote location but the large scale development of the Eastern region of Centurion has now placed it in a prime location, within easy access of Central Centurion with its number of commercial and retail hubs, Midrand with its large commercial and industrial hubs and then further south to Bryanston, Rivonia, Lonehill and Lanseria with major roads like Samrand Road, the N14, the N1 and R21 on the doorstep.
The other benefit residents have is the number of prestigious schools that were established to cater for the estate residents and then a number of reputable public schools like Summerhill International College, ABBOTS College Senior High School, Cornwall Hill High School and Southdowns College.
Then there are also a number of prestigious malls that have recently opened their doors for trading such as Irene Village Mall, Mall of Africa, Forest Hill Centre and Mall@Reds Shopping Centre.
