Highlands North is a suburb located
central north of Johannesburg’s CBD.
It is an old well-established middle to
upper-class suburb with mostly freehold homes making up the property use.
The properties are spacious with large grounds
and the streets are tree-lined making it an ideal family oriented suburb. The
architecture is more conventional than modern with space in mind as many of the
homes have more than the standard 3 bedrooms which could relate to work from
home space or doctors consulting rooms in the larger homes.

Johannesburg CBD.
The road also connects the suburb to
Bramley, Hyde Park, Houghton and ultimately Sandton and Rosebank via Oxford and
Bompass Roads.
For investors in the remodeling or
restoring market these homes are ideal with loads of potential from letting too
and most of the homes are true, north facing homes.
The average size of the homes means
there is potential for Guest-houses and the benefit of the major roads and the
prime location becomes a long term business opportunity.
