Faerie Glen is a suburb in the east of Pretoria.

Faerie Glen was part of a farm which included Garsfontein. Since the 70’s Faerie Glen has been a sought after suburb for its location, view over Menlyn and surrounds and at that stage there was a move away from living close to city centres. Urbanization has led to the establishment of suburbs removed from theses city centres.

Faerie Glen originally consisted of what is now referred to as the “old” part which was located between, Manitoba Drive on its western border, Selekats Causeway on its eastern border, Ruben and Nevada streets north and south respectively.

Today Faerie Glen has expanded up to Wapdrand in the east and Boardwalk and beyond.

With this expansion property values have increased to put Faerie Glen on the demand list for possible residents.

Attractions in Faerie Glen have become as exclusive as the suburb itself with the Boardwalk development which has an eclectic collection of restaurants which all make use of the vantage point, the Moreleta Pond which is part of the Moreleta Nature trail.
