Springs forms part of the greater Gauteng’s major industrial node. Naturally, this means there is an unlimited amount of suburbs to choose as a residential address and an even greater amount of homes. Generally one would select a given town and suburb in relation to the closest proximity to either industrial or commercial nodes or both where possible.

The residents of the suburb have the advantage of a few malls to choose from such as Mall@Carnival Shopping Centre, Lakeside Mall and Palm Springs Mall.
