Bronberrick is a well-established suburb of the greater Centurion.

The ideal location of the suburb is one of many factors that drive demand for residential property within the suburb. Other factors that drive demand are the location of the suburb, stable growth in property value, proximity to amenities and major roads and the proximity of schools.

The mixed property use in the suburb comprises sectional-title townhouse complexes, freehold homes and clusters. The other feature is that parts of Bronberrick is a security boomed area which does add partially to a sense of exclusivity and the added sense of security is certainly a tool to assist in driving prices slightly higher.

The architecture is mixed with conventional whitewashed homes, facebrick and then the more modern homes with multi-levels.

Some of the sectional-title townhouses are exclusive with features like specific architecture, size and multi-leveled.

For first time buyers the sectional-title market is a stable entry point into the market but with the advantage of the more exclusive type of properties aimed more at young executives and single executives. This market is also favoured by buy-to-let investors because it is a market segment with high demand and stable property values make it more attractive.
