Arcadia is located slightly north east of the Pretoria CBD.
It is a mixed use suburb with commercial, retail and residential properties lining the streets. The most notable of the Suburb should be the Union Buildings and the Steve Biko Academic Hospital.
Located close to the Union Building there are a number of high-rise apartment buildings ranging from bachelor units to some spacious 3 bedroom units which offer views over to the Union Buildings and the city bowl.
