Marister is a farming and smallholding community of Benoni on the greater east rand.
With the land shortage running out in this region and other regions in Gauteng, it would be a natural progression to look to farming and smallholding land to develop as second-tier property in the form of apartment buildings and townhouse complexes along with freehold homes.
