ERF 27978 was a vacant agricultural smallholding of just over 1 Hectare (or 10,493sqm). Several adjacent and nearby smallholdings have large farmhouses built on them. It is also 500m from Gustrouw Road (currently a dirt track but will be upgraded to tar).
