What is EasySell

EasySell is a Standard Bank initiative to help its customers sell their properties.
Any Standard Bank client can make use of the EasySell program.
If a property sells for less than the outstanding bond amount, Standard Bank can elect to write off a percentage of the shortfall.
The Standard Bank client remains in control of the sale.
EasySell properties are sold via Sole and Open mandate.

Any agent who went through this registration process can sell EasySell properties.
When a property is allocated to an agent, the agent will get the property’s details (which may not be distributed as per the T&C’s) and the Agent’s details will be displayed on the property.
Agents receive leads from allocated properties. All leads must be actioned to keep the property allocated.
All EasySell offers must be made using the Standard EasySell OTP.
All offers are made directly on the MyRoof.co.za website using the "Make an Offer" button. No other offers will be considered.
Agents can only allocate a certain amount of properties to market to themselves and properties are limited by the amount of agents marketing them.

Agents earn 4% commission excl. Vat on all open market sales.
Agents who sign up new EasySell clients will be given a sole mandate for the property and will earn 5% commission excl. Vat via the "Reverse Lead" program.
The Reverse Lead program: When a seller contacts an agent to sell their property, ask them the question: Why are you selling. If the seller is a Standard Bank client who might have a shortfall the EasySell program will make the sale a lot easier with the bank writing off part of the shortfall. The agent can complete the EasySell mandate with the seller and value the property. Once the mandate is uploaded the agent will be assigned the sole mandate.
