As the "front" unit of two Duette's on this stand, number 2 has a few features that Unit 1 does not have.
Here is a short breakdown.
This unit has a fantastic view down the valley towards the ocean. It is also bordered by a Green Belt, giving an extra bit of Natural Ambiance. Although is does not have a walk-on balcony, the large sliding window allows an almost unobstructed view.
Secondly, because of the height required to have a level living area, a storage room is located underneath the main house. This increases the total floor measurement.
It is extremely difficult to separate the two units. One must consider which features take the highest priority.
