ACCOMODATION AND BUILDINGSThe accommodation comprises the main house, the cottage next to the house and another separate cottage Water for the residential area is from a borehole using a windmill with a mono-type pump. This is immaculate clean water that is tested on a regular basis and has no heavy metals or toxins and no pathogenic bacteria and is used in the processing plant and was monitored by health and safety audits on yearly [hidden] reservoirs are the holding tanks for the water that is used for the following [hidden] 10 hectares where the trees are at present,[hidden] fields approx 4 hectares [hidden] garden with an automated sprinkler system.
