Lounge and dining room have large sliding doors opening onto outside balconies and leading to the pool deck and landscaped garden with spectacular views of Chapmans Peak and Noordhoek with the sea in the distance. There is a built in braai. The kitchen has all Smeg appliances, [hidden] an integrated fridge/freezer, integrated oven/microwave, gas hob and extractor. There is a Caesar stone island dividing the kitchen from the dining area. The dining room table seats 10. There are no counter chairs. There is a guest loo, an entrance hall and an entrance patio.
There is a separate laundry with cupboards, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. This area leads onto a kitchen patio with collapsible wash lines, built in seating and a herb garden.
The swimming pool is 3 x 7, surrounded by composite decking and has a new pool [hidden] It is serviced bi-weekly but would also need to be cared for by a long term tenant. There is also a garden service bi-weekly, again a long term tenant would need to pay attention to it. There is an automatic sprinkler system which which uses borehole water.
