There is a built in braai. The kitchen has all Smeg appliances, [hidden] an integrated fridge/freezer, integrated oven/microwave, gas hob and extractor. There is a Caesar stone island dividing the kitchen from the dining area. The dining room table seats 10. There are no counter chairs. There is a guest loo, an entrance hall and an entrance patio.

There is a separate laundry with cupboards, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. This area leads onto a kitchen patio with collapsible wash lines, built in seating and a herb garden.
