The retail component has already been taken up directly via the developers, Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings, which is a partnership of Ice Finance, Equity Estates, GP Property Investment Holdings, Nedbank and Absa Bank.
Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings says that it has already secured the lease of buildings to government and a leading financial institution.
