(Unit sleeps up to 6 guests – ideal accommodation for a family of maximum 4 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom has bath and overhead shower facilities. The apartment is within a fully secure complex and includes one undercover parking. The complex has a swimming pool, jungle gym, tennis court, barbecue areas and Laundromat facilities.

The unit is fully equip to sleep 6 guests, newly refurnished in April 2012. Great investment with excellent holiday letting return +- R98 000 per annum. A website without any extra monthly cost and all confirmed bookings plus all furniture included in sale.

We had a very 2012 doing holiday letting. The unit generated an income since the end of Apr when we started of doing Holiday letting to Dec 2012 of over R72 000 . That means an average of over R9000 / month.

 

Bookings to date for 2013 stands on R27 587. The rates and levy for the unit (electricity Exl) runs +- R13510 annually. That means my levies and rates for 2013 are already covered!!

 

The average income per month 2012 was just over R9000 and the monthly expenses (Bond of R695 000, rates, levy electricity al Inc.) +- R7406. - You make the sum - THIS IS AN EXCELLENT INVESTMENT!!
